Ignore Kill Quest Conditions

Weapon type, headshot, buff, and location requirements for kill quests are completely disabled. This mod is intended to reduce repetitive gameplay caused by missions such as "kill the same type of enemy with different weapons." It is especially useful when players have acquired advanced gear but are still forced to switch back to low-tier weapons just to complete objectives. Please note: After activating the mod, the quest log will still display the original requirements (e.g., weapon type, location), but they will not be enforced.
