This guide covers how to defeat the Roadblock boss, secure the Tier 3 certificate, and finally access the Storm Zone. The Storm Zone is extremely challenging—make sure you prepare thoroughly before heading in.
Walkthrough Steps
1. Power Up the Facility
- First-Floor Switch: Head to the ground floor and flip the first breaker. Stay alert—roaming Rogues are heavily armed and hit hard.

- Basement Switch: After that, push into the basement to activate the second breaker. Use a Yellow Stim to dash through hazardous sections and avoid lingering once the power is on.

2. Secure the Tier 2 Certificate
- Spawn Points: The Tier 2 certificate can spawn inside the Projection Room and right outside its door.

- Dealing with Invisibles: Stealth monsters patrol this zone and can one-shot even Tier 4 armor. Clear nearby Rogues first so you can loot safely.

3. Defeat Roadblock for the Tier 3 Certificate
- Boss Location: With every breaker flipped, return to the first floor to challenge Roadblock.

- Guaranteed Drop: Roadblock always drops the Tier 3 certificate.
- Extraction Point: After the kill, move to the designated extraction zone.

4. Enter the Storm Zone
- Entrance Location: Certificate in hand, return to Sector 0 and locate the Storm Zone gateway to step inside.

Risks and Preparation
- Extreme Danger: Expect enemies equipped with Tier 6 gear inside the zone.
- Required Items: Bring at least five Storm Stims before you enter.
- Recommended Gear: Make sure your loadout and consumables can handle extended fights with top-tier enemies.
